BEST Buddies Programme

The BEST Programme (Brilliant Experience Starting Today) is an induction programme for new staff. It consists of a series of workshops delivered to new starters during their first 6-8 weeks within the business. Each workshop focuses on a specific topic and staff are invited to the workshops relevant to the part of the business they are joining. During this time, they are also required to complete a number of mandatory CBTs covering topics such as Health & Safety. While not completing these CBTs or attending the workshops, staff receive on-the-job training from a designated buddy. BEST Buddies is a sub-project of this programme intended to support those stepping up to the buddy role.

This project is based on the ADDIE model and was originally produced as the assessed project for my Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design.
